a. Make a selection using the Marquee Tool then go to Select>Inverse. Now hit backspace to clear the rest of the layer.
b. Make a copy of the layer and position one at each side of the image.
c. Make another copy of the piece on the right, and position so its on the edge of the other layer (see below). Now hit Ctrl + R to activate the ruler, if its not already actived.
d. Now click and drag on the top ruler down to the middle of the canvas to make a guide.
e. Now go to Edit>Transform>Distort and drag the top left and bottom left handles towards the center line you just made.

f. Now make a copy of this layer (Ctrl + J). Then go to Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal.
g. Now, using the Move tool (V) , make sure that each layer is spaced like above. With the move tool selected you can move layers by using the arrow keys. The square pieces are each 5 units from the edge. The Cone pieces are 5 units from the square pieces.
