a. Go back to the Channels Pallete and make a New Channel.

b. Go to Filter>Render>Clouds

c. Adjust the Brightness/Contrast...

using these settings:

Brightness: -5 | Contrast: +85

d. Go to Filter>Stylize>Glowing Edges

a. Go to Filter>Brush Strokes>Spatter...

use these settings:

Spray Radius: 20 | Smoothness: 8

b. Hit Ctrl + F to repeat the Spatter Filter

c. Go to Filter>Distort>Ocean Ripple...

and use these settings:

Ripple Size: 10 | Ripple Magnitude: 6

d. Hold Ctrl and click on the channel your working on to Load its Selection.

a. Go back to the Layers Pallete and Click on the New Set button to create a new set.

b. This step isn't imperative but for organization's sake I'm going to include it in the instructions. A Set is like a folder in the layers pallete that holds a group of layers. It can be expanded to show the layers it contains or collapsed to make more viewing room in the layers pallete. You can also hide a set, and with it all the layers it contains.

c. Name the Set Spatter Textures

d. Make a new layer.

e. On the new layer, go to Filter>Render>Clouds then in the Layers Pallete, change the layers blend mode to Soft Light. Hit Ctrl + D to deselect.

f. Repeat steps 5, 6, and 7.d - 7.e

g. Now Collapse the Spatter Textures Set by hitting the grey arrow to the left of its name

a. Go back to the Channels Pallete and make a new channel.

b. Go to Filter>Render>Clouds.

c. Go to Filter>Stylize>Find Edges

d.Go to Image>Adjustments>Levels... or hit Ctrl + I using these settings:

e. Go to Image>Adjustments>Invert or hit Ctrl + I

f. Hold Ctrl and click on the Channel to Load its Selection

a. Go back to the Layers Pallete and make a new Set name it Cloud Textures.

b. Make a New Layer

c. On the new layer, go to Filter>Render>Clouds then in the Layers Pallete, change the layers Blend Mode to Soft Light. Hit Ctrl + D to Deselect.

d. Repeat steps 8, 9.b and 9.c twice.

e. Now Collapse the Cloud Textures Set.
