a. Start out with your text, this works with any font, but it works best with a thicker font. The one I'm using here is called aetherfox. You can get it here:

a. Apply these layer styles

b. Both the Gradient Overlay style and the Stroke style use the Silver gradient preset. If you don't see the Silver preset you will need to load the metals gradient set. If you click on the arrow to the left of the gradients and then click on Load Gradients you will see a list of gradient sets, choose Metals.

 

 
-If you applied all the styles correctly you should get an image like this. Looks great and easy too enjoy.
