a. Hold Ctrl and click on the Alpha 1 channel to load its selection. Now switch back to the layers pallete and click on the Reflection layer.

b. Hit backspace twice. This will give the Reflection layer a nice fade effect.

c. Jump to Imageready by hitting this button

a. Make 8 frames in image ready by hitting the duplicate frame button (7 times)

b. In frames 1,3,5 and 7 have all of the layers visible. In frames 2,3,6 and 8 have the text layer and the reflection invisible. Set the time on the 7th frame to 2 seconds. Set the time on the 8th frame to .5 seconds.

c. To see if it came out right you can hit the preview button
