a. Start with a file 5 x 1.5 inches, 72 ppi, rgb color.
b. Hit D to reset your colors to black and white, then go to Filter>Render>Clouds
c. Double Click on the name of the clouds layer and name it Background

a. Go to Filter>Sketch>Halftone Pattern...
use these settings:
Size: 2
Contrast: 0

a. Go to Filter>Sketch>Water Paper...
use these settings:
Fiber Length: 16
Brightness: 59
Contrast: 43

a. Go to Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation... or hit Ctrl + U
and use these settings:
Colorize: Checked
Hue: 104
Saturation: 27
Lightness: 0
b. Go to Image>Adjustments>Brightness/Contrast...
use these settings:
Brightness: 10
Contrast: 40

a. Click on the Channels Tab in the Layers Palette to switch to the Channels Palette.
b. Click on the New Channel Button

c. Go to Filter>Render>Clouds
d. Go to Filter>Pixelate>Crystalize with Cell Size: 76
d. Go to Filter>Stylize>Find Edges

a. Go to Image>Adjustments>Levels or hit Ctrl + L and use the settings to the left.

a. Go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur...
and use these settings:
Radius: 5
b. Go to Image>Adjustments>Levels or hit Ctrl + L and use the settings to the left.
c. Hold Ctrl and click on the Alpha 1 channel to load it's selection.
d. Go to Select>Inverse to invert the selection.
