a. Go back to the layers palette and click on the Background Layer

b. Hit Ctrl + C then hit Ctrl + V to copy and paste, name the new layer Grey Outer Line.

c. Deselect by hitting Ctrl + D.

d. Go to Hue/Saturation (Ctrl + U) and take the saturation down to -100

a. Now make a new layer by hitting the New Layer button

b. Name this layer Lines

c. Go to Select>Reselect

d. Then go to Edit>Stroke...
use these settings:

Width: 1px
Color: (Black)
Location: Inside
Mode: Normal
Opacity: 100%

e. Now go to Select>Modify>Contract...

and contract the selection 5 pixels

f. Then go to Edit>Stroke...
use these settings:

Width: 1px
Color: (Black)
Location: Inside
Mode: Normal
Opacity: 100%

a. Now click on the Background layer in the Layers Pallete. Then hit Ctrl + C to copy.

b. Next click on the Grey Outer Line Layer and hit Ctrl + V to paste.

c. Your layer's pallete should look like this in case you get confused.
